* Issue
** Item > Location > Deposit PLU field drop down list is invalid
** It is only showing items with Short UPC values.
** Short UPCs are only a small percentage of total items that can be setup for C-Store
* Requirements
** Deposit PLU should filter list of items as follows:
*** Belong to Same Location
*** Linked Item = Yes
*** Long UPC is not null
