Steps:
1. Configure a substitute item to the main item
2. Try to add this main item in Inventory receipt screen
Issue:
1. Add the main item to the Inventory Receipt screen. System is adding the substitute item also automatically. User needs to manually remove that substitute item. This is the double work for the customer. As per the customer, this issue was not there in 18.3.

2. Similarly in Inventory Shipment also while adding the item, system is adding the substitute item automatically. User needs to manually remove that substitute item. This is the double work for the customer. As per the customer, this issue was not there in 18.3.

Expectation: As it worked in 18.3, users are expecting the system to show only the item that they have selected in inventory receipt or inventory shipment screen.
