Steps:
1. Create an item or use existing 1.
2. Add Pricing Level info.
3. Select UOM.
4. Enter Min and Max qty fields.
5. Select Pricing Method.
Issue: Once Pricing Method is other than None, the record is allowed to save since Amount/Rate field has default value of 0.00.
Acceptance Criteria: Once Pricing Method selected is other than None, Amount/Rate field is required to be filled in with value that is greater than 0.00.
