Steps:
# Create new non lotted item.
# Download import inventory count template. Fill in details like this !pastedImage_d117980_0.png!
# Upload template.
# Open created inventory count .
# Click sync now !pastedImage_d117980_1.png!
# Post inventory count. !pastedImage_d117980_2.png!
# Verify stock details of the item.
Issue: Stock of non lot did not increase after posting imported inventory count. Cost from template is not used
Acceptance: On hand stock of the item should be 500lb1. Cost should be 15 (from template).
* Physical count > System Count - which means inventory is added to the system. This should use the cost imported from the csv.
* Physical Count < System count - which means inventory is reduced. This should use the cost from the db as per the costing method.
