2. Used this spec for checking of tabs available for Finished Good type.

Issue: Contract Item tab under Setup tab and Commodity tab is not available.
Acceptance criteria: Make available Contract Item tab under Setup tab and Commodity tab for Finished Good or Raw Material type.
