[Item and Category GL Setup Tab] Include AP Clearing Account in the "Add Required" button for Non Inventory type item/category

Description Steps:   # Open new Item or Category Screen. # Fill in mandatory fields to create a non inventory item/category type. # Go to GL Account tab. # Click add required button.   !pastedImage_d117904_0.png!   !pastedImage_d117904_1.png!   !pastedImage_d117904_2.png!   !pastedImage_d117904_3.png!     Solution:   Include AP Clearing and Other Charge expense accounts categories.
