Currently the DPI is using views that are unique to Risk to determine in-transit for the different types of contracts. In order to stay in sync with the Inventory Valuation report Risk needs the ability to call an Inventory based API to get In-Transit balances based on a To-Date (as-of) for a given commodity (stock UOM) and possibly other parameters.
The API should return all In-Transit groups (detail for drilldown capabilities) based on contract type and pricing type.
Please work with [~smith.dejesus] to determine the required parameters and return columns.
Note: Sales Basis Deliveries will be a little more complicated because we have to consider the partial pricing capabilities in Contracts. In other words, part of the contract could be Sales In-Transit (priced) and the other part could be Sales Basis Deliveries (not priced) on a given date.
