IA - Changes on Inv Adjustment

# GL Details can be removed
# Physical count is not same as quantity. However we still may not need these fields. There is no need to adjust physical count, rather can make a new physical count entry in physical entry screen. Physical count fields can be removed.
# Reordered the fields, kept all current values together and new value entry fields together. With GL details gone we have less fields.
# Added New Cost field.
# Removed Type "UOM Change". The UOM Change requires both New Quantity and New UOM fields to be enabled. Quantity Change requires New Quantity to be enabled. That makes Quantity Change irrelevant. So removed UOM Change. Quantity Change can change both Quantity and UOM.
