Debit memo created via inventory received IR return is missing taxes.
Expected results: IR return should create a debit memo in the same amount as IR amount (including all taxes and charges)
Steps to recreate:
1: Inventory receipt# IR-85 was posted and voucher# BL-84 was created in the amount of $ 256.78 (including tax amount of $49.43).

2: Processed return on IR-85, new RTN-4 generated in the amount of $256.78, total of IR-85.

3: Debit memo DM-3, processed via RTN-4 in the amount of $207.35 in error, missing tax amount of $49.43.
