1. Go to Inventory --> Inventory Receipt
2. Create a new receipt and add one lot tracked item
3. Go to Lot Details grid and enter value in 'Lot Alias' column
4. Enter Qty less than Item's Receipt Quantity
5. Click on Replicate Balance lots.
Issue: System is not replicating the 'Lot Alias' value. This works in 18.1.
Expectation: System should replicate the 'Lot Alias' value to other lots
