Create a purchase contract with other charges seafreight and insurance

Item for the contract is budle item . 

Create inventor receipts and save .

 In other charges tab the seafreight and insurance is not populated by default . 

 hence i clickined on update other charges button 

 but it is not loading and the progress bar keeps going on .
