*Steps:*
1. Consider an Lot tracked item which is first received in Inventory on 1st December 2018.
2. The inventory before 1st December for this item was 0 quantity
3. Create a Shipment for this item with Ship date as 25th November 2018.
4. Select the Lot for this item and Post the shipment.
*Issue:* Inventory was not available until 1st December 2018, but system allowed to ship the lot in back date when Inventory was not available.
*Expectation* : System should not allow to ship any lot before the date inventory is available. Customer CBI will have issue if system allows to ship before Inventory quantity is available
