If items have a Category setup, it will apply the restriction.   http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/IC-5904?focusedCommentId=187297&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-187297   There will always be a Category for every item as taxes are setup in Category.   We will have to add a checkbox to decide if category based restriction is required or not.   Solution :   1. Add check box to control the restriction   2. Do not make restriction mandatory because item has a category.   3. For existing installs, set the check box to yes if categories are added to the restriction. Otherwise, set it to No or leave it blank.   !pastedImage_d109593_1.png!   Update data stores to handle the case.
