Step to reproduce:

1. Go to store > handheld scanner
2. inventory receipt tab
3. select store, select file attached file
4. click preview
5. if ther is a no match in UPC, use the item DEPT-17
6. click create inventory receipt
7. verify inventory receipt created

Issue:

• Order in IR is different from the ordering in handheld scanner, it was based on itemId
• 
•
