** Clean-up Inventory Receipts screen/calculations for C-Store usage examples on Category Receipts by UPC, Cost UOM different than Receipt Qty UOM, and others
* Requirements
** #1 - Not able to actual Receipt Quantity other than one when Inventory Item is setup as Category
*** Even though inventory is maintained at category level, cost by UOM is still important to review/maintain.
** #2 - When Recieve Unit UOM is different than Case UOM
*** Unit Retail Price is wrong.
*** This should match Receive UOM
** #3 - Unit Retail is being changed if costs is changed to be greater than Unit Retai
*** Unit Retail should not be changed by Cost automatically.
