How the filters will work-
# There is no reset of running totals when filters are used. User has to filter to the lower granularity to see its own stock flow independently.
# Filter hierarchy
## Commodity, Category, Item, Location, Storage Location, Storage Unit
### commodity filter - shows running stock across all items and locations for the commodity.
### item filter - shows running stock across all locations for the item.
### commodity + location - shows running totals for the commodity & location across all items of the commodity.
### item + location filter
### Other choices are Category, Lot number, Storage Location, Storage Units, and Ownership Type
# Use Date filter to calculate the opening balance as of date. Without date filter, show records from the beginning of time with zero begin qty
## Without date filter, all storage units will have begin qty 0 and add the running qty from the previous storage unit.
## With Date filter, calculate opening balance as of the selected date for each storage unit and add the running total from the previous storage unit.
## For example, Date filter for 09-20-2018 - Report starts from 09-20-2018. Shows opening balance for the storage units as of 09-20-2018 as the Begin Qty for the first Storage Unit. Next Storage unit will have its own begin qty as of 09-20-2018 plus the running qty from the first storage unit.
# Order by Commodity, Category, Item, Location, Storage Location, Storage Unit, Date
