Steps:
1. Create IR or process PO to IR.
2. In IR screen, tab through the fields.
Issue:
1. It still passes through read-only field.
2. From Notes field, tab and error on console is shown.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Should not pass through read only fields.
2. From Notes field, cursor should move to the grid's first record
3. When tabbed out of the last focus field in the grid, focus should come to the first editable field of the next record
