*Precondition* :
1. File to be uploaded for Inventory Count is available
2. Item have available stocks
*Steps* :
1. Go to System Manager > Imports and Conversions
2. Click Inventory
3. Click Import Inventory Count
4. Click Browse button then select file to be uploaded
5. Click Import
6. Go to Inventory > Inventory Count
7. Click Inventory Count Transaction created upon import
*Issue* : On Hand value is not retrieved upon import counts

1. Inventory Count screen - if I enter manually (Not imported) is not using the quantity based on the inventory Count Date - it using current on hand count. !pastedImage_d105849_0.png!
2. Inventory Import Counts - when I use the import counts it is not bringing in any on hand counts at all.

*Acceptance* :
