Steps:
1. Create Direct IR.
2. Add inventory item - lot tracked serial number.
3. Assign Lot Id
4. Click Recap or Receive toolbar button.
Issue: Could not recap or receive IR.
Acceptance Criteria: Click Recap and Recap Transaction screen opens. Click Receive and items should be received.
