| Description |
1. Load all lots from inventory for the item selected in the order of Inventory valuation setting. User can pick the lots in the order.
If sub location is selected in item grid then load only lots for the sub location. Otherwise load all lots for the item.
2. Add field Available Qty in the grid. This is display only. Show the qty of the lot from inventory table
3. Ship qty -
Default to max of order qty/lot qty if order uom and lot uom are same.
Calculate the balance qty to pick and auto fill the next row.
Alert the user if qty picked is more than the order qty.
4. Gross and Net wgt
Calculate based on weight per package value when lot is received (lot master table).
If wgt per package is blank, calculate based on conversion

5. Totals for lots qty
Add 2 fields on the grid Total Lot Qty and Total Lot wgt
Total Lot qty:
Total of lots qty for the selected item.
If all lots selected are in different UOMs, leave this blank
Total Lot wgt:
Total of lots qty in wgt if selected item UOM is weight. Use conversion factor
Lots UOM can be different from Item UOM. Quantity of lots has to be converted to item UOM and totalled to match with item qty
Example:
Item qty: 1000 lb
Lots qty:
Lot 1: 18 x 50 lb bags = 900 lb
Lot 2: 4 x 25 lb bags = 100 lb
Total lot qty 1000 lb matches item qty 1000 lb
