Issue: User was able to import count using a diffrent lot uom for an existing lot that has stock. Created count display lot qty 0 and an incorrect UOM.

Acceptance: There should be a lot uom validation for existing lots when importing count. User should not be able import or skip the record when a row in the template has this scenario. Show correct error message on the import logs.
