Acceptance Criteria: Should be able to post Destination Weight/Grade.
IC changes needed: Invoice button in Inventory Shipment should be disabled when Inventory Shipment has Destination Weight or Grade. This is to prevent the Inventory Shipment to be processed to Invoice.
