# On-Hand column must show the qty depending the following scenario:
## If Count By is checked, it will show the Lot Qty
## If unchecked, it will show the item's on-hand qty.
# If Lot weight is required
## Pallet will have Pack UOM and Weight UOM or Pallet will only have Weight UOM
## If pallet has Pack UOM and Weight UOM, System should have an option to enter count qty either by Pack UOM or Weight UOM.
# If Lot weight is not required
## Pallet will only have Pack UOM.
# Variance field will change calculation.
## If Lot Weight is required - it is computed as Physical Weight - Lot Weight.
## If Lot weight is not required, it is computed as Physical Count - On Hand.
