Steps:
1. Create a new item and add Item Pricing
2. Add Pricing Level.
3. Discount Sales Price is selected then Amount/Rate field has 10 (this is rate to match Pricing Method selected).
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Rename column header Commission Rate to Comm Rate/Amount
2. Rename column header Amount to Amount/Rate
3. Unit Price is not automatically computed based on
Sales Price x (100% - Rate entered in Amount/Rate field)
