1. Add an Inventory Receipt with Type=Direct.
2. Select a Vendor.
3. Select an item in the grid.
4. Enter Qty to Receive of 10.00
Issue: This error is shown thus stopping me from continuing.
Acceptance Criteria: Should be able to add item on grid without error.
