Steps:
1. Open an item.
2. If there is item location, open it, else create a new item location.
3. Click on Sub Location dropdown combo box button.
Issue: Sub Locations shown are sub locations setup from other Location.
Acceptance Criteria: Only sub locations added for the selected Location should be shown in Sub Location combo box.
