Item - Move Category from Location to Item level. Step 1 - Add Category at item level.
Remove Category from Location setup from the screen.
Internally copy the data from item level category.
Disable for Inventory Type "Commodity"
Will drop the column and change the costing code later as we do not have time to fix it before WM live.
