Steps:
1. Open an existing Category record with no GL Accounts setup.
2. Add Account Category along with its Accounts.
3. Save the record.
ISsue: Could not save the record, this message is shown. Seems like if you are adding multiple rows here with unique Accounte Category / Account ID combination, it shows the message.
Issue: Should be able to save the record.
