Steps:
1. Create a PO/
2. Process PO to IR.
Issue: Clicking Process button showed this error. However, check the Status bar and it showed PROCESSED. Also, Order Status showed Pending. Checked IR and it showed that there was actually the created IR but opening it showed no item on the grid.
Acceptance Criteria: Should be able to process PO to PR without error.
