Steps:
1. Add Item.
2. Add 2 locations for the item.
3. Go to Pricing tab. Add pricing.
4. Click Locations dropdown combo box button.
Issue: Combo box list is showing one of the locations multiple times.
Acceptance Criteria: Should show locations added for the item, one for each item location added.
