Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Inventory --> Item configuration
2. Go to 'Factory & Lines'--> 'Owner' tab
3. Select an Owner, make iy default and then save it

4. Now, go to Inventory Receipt and receive a new lot for this item
5. The tblICLot table is not updated the column intOwnerId. Its showing null
Expectation: Application should take the owner id from item configuration.
