Unable to do inventory count when a pallet is in 'X' location in system but it is 'Y' location in the warehouse.
When they count the location 'X', they entered 0 for that pallet, system adjusted that pallet to zero.
When they count the location 'Y', System is not listing that pallet in the 'Y' locaton because they never receive that pallet in the location 'Y'. They are stuck and unable to count that pallet in the 'Y' location.
This is the common scenarion in the warehouse. When they do picking and they are looking a pallet for a specific lot code, it may be inside. they may move out other pallets to other location and pick the pallet for a specific lot code. Incase they didn't record this movement in the system. those pallet is different location in the system.

It is possible to find lots and quantities in storage units while counting. This may not match the system records. User must be able to add the stock. User should be able to select any lot from the list or enter a new lot number.
Inventory counting is feature to fix all inventory mistakes and update the system with actual situation. Inventory could be damaged, stolen, misplaced, received/produced but not recorded!!
Change posting code also to include adding new lots.
