JDE users are getting error messages like below while unposting IR.

Some background on JDE flow:
- Every time when the IR is posted, i21 sends GR feed to SAP
- SAP adds stock into their inventory
- Users can move the inventory across their plants and storage locations in SAP. This by design JDE do not want it to be reflected to keep it simple.
- Everyday at midnight SAP will send a stock feed to i21 that will provide the stock information at the sub-location (plant) level for each item
- i21 needs to trash whatever inventory it has and update it based on the stock feed received for each item.
- Due to this i21 knows nothing about their stock movement or how it depleted. We will just be updating i21 with whatever number that SAP feed gives on a daily basis
Now this causes challenge to IR un-posting process if we do it in our conventional way. Our un-posting process needs to handle the above reality. This process is not something new. It was discussed during JDE design discussions and they do not want to compromise on this. Prateek and me had also communicated the same over multiple discussions with our team.
If required, we may need to have a customer preference setting or something equivalent that will handle this scenario while un-posting.
*Update from 11th July:*
Customer reported another instance of not able to unpost today. This is reported by Jose (lead for CTRM implementation from business side). He has created a defect their tracking system. Now we are bound to resolve this issue in the next 2 days otherwise it will get into further esclation. Please unpost this from backend for now and provide a fix by Thursday.

We should unpost IR 304, however although it worked for others I did this morning, for this particular one I got below error message.

Last week we were running into the same issue and then it was unposted by Irely. I assume the best way to proceed here is to raise a defect, as it happened again and this way we make others aware of this error message.
*Solution to be made exclusively for JDE as this is an unusual pattern they are asking for:*
1. Add a Group box "SAP Integration" in COmpany COnfig under Inventory tab
2. Add check box "Force unpost IR". Default is No.
3. If "Forced unpost IR" is checked, IR unposting routine should ignore all validation and mark the IR as unpost.
4. Update Contract and Logistic quantities.
5. There are many factors like Voucher made, returns happened, Reposting of this unposted receipt etc. However, these cannot be all done and tested in the one day time frame provided.
