Add Grade tab to the Commodity setup screen. This will be used by Ticket Management to create a dropdown list to label the ticket as a certain grade.
Requirements:
Add Grade tab in Commodity setup
Accommodate ten grades.
Each grade field will be alph numeric up to twenty characters
