1. Create One Inventory Count batch
2. Enter records for physical count
3. Post the Inventory Count Batch
4. Delete the batch
*Issue* : Application is allowing to delete
*Expectation* : Application should disable the delete button and should not allow to delete individual record also. The delete button in the count grid should also be disabled.
