[~ajith.dharan] - tblICInventoryTransaction table already has strDescription field . 'Inventory Adjustment' screen is already updating this column. We need the following SPs to accept strDescription as one more parameter. This SP can update the strDescription column.

3. uspICInventoryAdjustment_CreatePostLotMerge
