Other Charges calculation for Cost Method 'Amount' is for the entire receipt and not each line item
Cost Method Percentage & Amount is for the entire receipt and not for each line item.
Percentage will get the same result if you calculate for each line item or for the entire result.
However Amount is a fixed amount for the entire receipt. Amount is a fixed bid and does not care for the quanity or value of the goods.
I did not notice it in the calculation example you made. We have to fix this issue.
