Steps:
1. Create new item.
2. Setup the following:
a. Item no.
b. Category
c. Item UOM
d. Location.
3. Go to Setup tab> Motor fuel tax tab.
4. Add TA code and Product code.
5. Repeat step no. 4 and select the same codes.
6. Click save
Issue: Can save the record with duplicate records.
