[~feb.montefrio] Have to make changes in posting code to round to 2 decimal place whereever you are recalulating the cost and GL amounts.

So we have clarity
· We are going to round every line of every bill (voucher) to two decimal places.
· We will follow standard rounding convention – greater than or equal to .005 will round up less than .005 will round down.
· If you are billed differently (rounded up by the vendor) you will have to add an additional line for the bill for .01 cent if you want to pay the vendor requested amount by the vendor.
In this manner each bill will have precision to 2 decimal points.
