Receive/Unreceive and Ship/Unship labels to post/uspost are confusing users as these label are used in the other screens for different purpose.
There is Ship and Receive labels in other screens which means process to Receipt and Shipment screens.
Change Receive/Unreceive in Receipt screen and Ship/Unship in Shipment screen to Post/Unpost
