Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-337245 - Urgent! Cannot create rejection debit memo|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-337245]   Customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment after 23.1 upgrade.   *Steps:*   Open the Inventory Return RTN-516   Click on Post button     *Issue:*   Getting error message as   !pastedImage_4_5_2024__18_09_52_686.png|height=289,width=570!     *Acceptance:*   Should be able to post the inventory return without any error message
