*Steps:*
# Go to Inventory > Inventory Adjustments
# Click Import > Opening Balance button
# Select the file to be imported
# Click Import
*Issue:*
* No record is imported but message says "Import Successful."

*Acceptance:*
* Records should be able to import if the file template is correct
* If there are issues in the file, the errors should display in the Import Logs
