Steps:
1. Create Inventory Shipment.
2. Select item that is NON-lot tracked. This item has Negative Inventory = No.
3. Enter quantity.
4. Click Recap or Ship toolbar button.
Issue: Will show this error.
Acceptance Criteria: Should allow the transaction to open recap or be posted since there is available stock to cover the shipment. This error should only shown if there is no available stock or available stock will result to negative qty when this transaction is posted.
Work around: Make Negative Inventory = Yes to allow to recap or post.
