Steps:
1. Create Inventory Receipt > Direct. Receive 20 qty of 10-lb bag.
2. Create Inventory Transfer
* Transfer 2 out of 20 10-lb bag to the same Sub Location but another Storage Location
* Transfer 1 out of 20 10-lb bag to a different Sub Location
Issue: Clicking Recap or Post will show this message.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Click Recap - should show the message that says no GL entries since this is transfer within the same Location.
2. Click Post - will allow the transaction to get posted since this is a valid scenario.
