Steps:
1. Create Inventory Receipt.
2. Add item in the item grid.
3. Add Other Charge item in the Charges and Invoice tab.
4. Receive the item.
Issue: Tried to check/uncheck the checkboxes of Inventory Cost, Accrue and Price checkboxes and it allowed me to do so.
Acceptance Criteria: Since this is a posted transaction, then checkboxes here should be locked from editing along with the fields here.
