Steps:
1. Create Inventory Shipment.
2. Select item that is lot tracked.
3. In the Lot Tracking grid, click on Lot Number dropdown combo box button.
Issue: Does not show amount with Comma.
Acceptance: Follow proper format for Qty, i.e with comma.
