Inv Receipt -> Other Charges - Add Calculate button next to 'Remove' to calculate
Calculate other charges amount when 'Calculate' button is pressed.
Calculate button should not calculate lines with Cost Method 'Amount'. Enable amount field only for this method. User cannot over ride calculated amount values
Total of other charges should show on main tab.
Posting should calculate 'Allocate Cost By' calculation
