Steps:
1. Create new Inventory Receipt > Direct type.
2. Select item on Item grid.
3. In the Receipt UOM select other UOM (stock unit is pounds in this illustration).
Issue: Unit Cost is not updated with a cost converted to the selected other UOM in the Receipt UOM field.
Acceptance Criteria: Should convert the Unit Cost based on Receipt UOM selected.
