Steps:
1. Go to Inventory > Maintenance > Units of Measure
2. Select a record in Unit of Measure section
3. In Conversion section, select a conversion UOM from the dropdown list.
Issue:
Unable to select any UOM in the Conversion dropdown list, only UOM appearing in the dropdown is the record selected in the Unit of Measure section.

Acceptance:
Should be able to select UOM with same unit type as selected record from the Conversion dropdown list.
