Steps:
1. Create Inventory Receipt - Direct type.
2. Select item. If lotted item, then fill in Lot details.
3. Go to Charges & Invoice tab.
4. In the Allocate Cost By field click dropdown combo box button.
Issue: Combo box header is showing Allocate By and does not match Allocate Cost By column header in the grid.
Acceptance Criteria: Match column header in the grid with the combo box header. Both should show Allocate Cost By.
